About the project
The project encompasses the construction of a modern single-family home with a double garage in the village of Bogomilovo. The composition is developed across three levels adapted to the natural terrain of the property.
Through a combination of clean geometric forms, pitched roofs, and an organic flow between the interior spaces and the yard, the building achieves a high standard of living, privacy, and architectural elegance.

Concept
The interior layout follows a clear zoning logic, dividing functions into utility, living, and bedroom levels:
Basement level (Elevation -2.70): A subterranean wing featuring a double garage, a technical room, convenient storage space, and a dedicated staircase offering direct access to the living floors.
Main living level (Elevation ±0.00): The primary social area of the home. It features a spacious open-plan living zone combining the living room, dining area, and kitchenette with direct access to a covered veranda overlooking the yard. The level is completed by an elegant entrance hall, a walk-in closet, and a powder room.
Upper living level (Elevation +3.00): A private bedroom wing consisting of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dedicated laundry room, a walk-in closet, and a panoramic terrace.
