The project is a reconstruction of an unfinished and not commissioned building from the former state-owned enterprise ZZU Stara Zagora and an annex to it, a new entrance hall and two parking lots for the parking of the clients and staff of the complex.

The investor’s investment intentions include the construction of:

• Administrative and domestic part
