The project represents eight warehouses for industrial goods with an office building with a one and two storey function and volume connected bodies.

The two storeyed part of the office is planned to be constructed out of monolithic reinforced concrete structure with a flat reinforced concrete roof. The one storeyed body – an exhibition hall and a canopy in front of the entrance, are designed with a metal structure.

The newly anticipated industrial warehouse is designed with a metal structure with surrounding walls made from 15 cm thermal panels with two layers of 0.6 mm thick galvanized sheet metal with an additional protective colour coating and a polyurethane foam coat.

The building has eight separate warehouses for industrial goods that will be used for retail with separate entrances – one for cargo and one  – used as an emergency exit for visitors. The purpose of the warehouse is to stack industrial goods on pallets up to 5.5m high and on no more than three rows and delivery and retail to customers and traders.

Access and parking is provided for cargo vehicles, for the warehouse infront of the section doors.
